Panasonic Fresh Series R32 Non-Inverter Ceiling Ducted Air Conditioner
Panasonic Fresh Series R32 Non-Inverter Ceiling Ducted Air Conditioner. Select the required capacity / phase configuration.
Description
Panasonic’s Fresh Series R32 non-inverter ceiling-ducted range hides the indoor unit above a false ceiling so that only the supply and return grilles remain visible. It provides designers with a discreet way to distribute cooled air through offices, business centres, shops, restaurants, hotels and other light-commercial interiors.
The series is especially useful when a clean ceiling appearance and flexible grille placement are more important than displaying the indoor unit.
What this series is designed to do
The slim indoor chassis is designed around a rear air intake and connects to short duct runs that distribute air to the required zones. Fixed-speed outdoor units provide straightforward R32 cooling, while the control system offers multiple operating and airflow settings. Because duct resistance directly affects airflow, correct duct design is essential.
Key features
- The indoor unit remains concealed above the ceiling for a clean interior finish.
- A slim body—approximately 245 mm high on listed models—helps fit restricted ceiling voids.
- Rear air intake is standard for straightforward return-air design.
- Supply grilles can be positioned to suit the room layout.
- Fresh Series controls provide practical comfort and airflow adjustment.
- Compact outdoor units support flexible piping and installation layouts.

Choosing the right model
Choose the capacity and phase from the approved combinations, then design the supply and return ductwork around the indoor unit’s available airflow and pressure capability.
Installation guidance: A qualified HVAC designer must calculate the heat load and duct resistance, size grilles, provide access panels, route the drain with adequate fall, verify external static pressure and confirm electrical and refrigerant-piping requirements.
Model availability and specifications can change. Confirm the exact indoor/outdoor combination, electrical supply, controller, accessories and installation requirements before ordering.
